The UTSA youth football camp will take place on June 9

SAN ANTONIO- The UTSA soccer program will host a youth camp from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 9 at the training grounds of the Roadrunner Athletics Center of Excellence.

The UTSA Youth Camp is for students in grades one through eight (starting fall 2022) and is non-contact, specializing in technique and fundamentals. All camp participants will receive instruction and coaching on agility testing as well as position-specific drills, allowing them to hone and improve their skills as a football player. The cost is $50 and includes a t-shirt.

UTSA will host a total of seven camps this summer. Camp information is listed below:

UTSA football camps are supervised by Jeff Traylor and the UTSA coaching staff.

Summer Prospect Camps are for ninth through 12th graders (starting fall 2022), JUCO, and college prospects, and are non-contact, specializing in technique and fundamentals. All camp participants will receive instruction and coaching on agility testing, as well as position-specific drills, allowing them to hone and improve their skills as a football player. The camp will also consist of competitive 1v1 and 7v7 opportunities.

UTSA Football Camps are open to all participants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. Each camper must have health insurance to attend camp.
