Eagles vs Texans Live Score, Updates, NFL ‘Thursday Night Football’ Game Highlights

We’re eight weeks into the 2022 NFL season and the Eagles still haven’t lost their first game. Just as we all expected.

Philadelphia’s incredible start took many pundits by surprise, and they’ll be looking to stay undefeated in prime time this week as they take on the Texans in “Thursday Night Football.”

Jalen Hurts has made his way firmly into the MVP talk thanks to 16 total touchdowns and just two interceptions in the first eight weeks. His favorite target, AJ Brown, has also been stellar, averaging over 94 receiving yards per game and racking up five touchdowns so far. They will be looking to continue tonight against the struggling Texans.

Lovie Smith’s first season as Houston head coach was a disappointment, with the team currently at 1-5-1. Last time out against the Titans, the Texans were ripped by Derrick Henry to the tune of 219 yards and a pair of touchdowns. It ended in a 17-10 loss.

“When you have a disappointment like that, the good part is you can play a game earlier than usual,” Smith told reporters, “so this Thursday game can be a bit of a blessing in disguise. ”
